- What information do we collect?
When you sign up for an account at The Pixel Framer, we require the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Gender
When you place an order, we require your credit card information (or corresponding information for
non-credit payment methods). We do not retain this information. For most payment methods, you
enter the information on the payment processor's site, and our site never sees it.
We keep a record of all your orders. This is necessary for ordinary store accounting, and to
help you if you have problems with an order. We also record your IP address when you place an order.
This is used to trace problem transactions.
- What do we do with your personal information?
We use your name, address, and telephone number to validate payment transactions.
This allows us to reduce fraud, which allows to have lower prices.
We use your email address and telephone number if we need to contact you.
We use your gender to address you with the proper courtesy title (Mr. or Ms.).
We use your date of birth to ensure that you are old enough to join the site. (You must be 13 years of age
or older to join the site.)
We may use your contact information to contact you in the event of problems with your order.
We may also send you occasional mailings or gift announcements. You may opt out of these mailings
when you sign up for an account, or any time afterwards.
- Who do we share your personal information with?
We share your payment (credit card, etc.) information with the payment processors in order to
process your order.
We may share your personal information with payment processors for verification when there is
a problem with a transaction, and with law enforcement, if required by investigations.
We will not sell or give your information to other companies for marketing.
- What about off-site links?
Banner ads are displayed at the bottom of some of our pages. Clicking on the ads will take you
to the advertiser's website. Each advertiser has its own privacy policy, which may differ from
ours. Please check the privacy policy on the individual websites.
- How can you contact us if you have questions?
Just click on the "CONTACT US" link at the bottom of each page. That will bring up a form you can
use to contact us.
