General license agreement / TOU
For Papers, Frames, Embellishments, Overlays, and All Other Design Elements purchased from The Pixel Framer
- LICENSE
License is with The Pixel Framer (a division of the Cross Design Group LLC).
- COPYRIGHT
Source original design is still with The Pixel framer or the individual members of the Creative Team. Any products you create based on the designs are copyright owned by you or your company etc. Please do not remove any copyright notices.
- COMMERCIAL USE
Royalty-free, for use in COMMERCIAL and S4H/S4O as well as non-commercial work. You can use these designs and sell products using them as you would stock photography. You can use them on products to sell! You must flatten images so that the original artwork CANNOT be extracted from your finished product. Credit is appreciated but not required.
- EXAMPLES OF COMMERCIAL USE

- Plates
- Flip flops
- Tattoos and many more (basically lots and lots of things)
- NOT EXCLUSIVE
All items are sold as NOT exclusive. Others will use the same designs (possibly).
- SINGLE USE
Use on a single computer at any one time.
- LIABILITY
'Resources' product can be used to create many different designs. The Pixel Framer cannot be made liable for any use of an item or element of an item that has been used in the development or similarity with logos / designs created by others. Please note prohibited uses on trademark logos.
- INDEMNIFY
You will indemnify etc The Pixel Framer concerning any claims made against you on the basis of the product's use and you will pay any reasonable legal fees relating to such claims.
- VERSIONS
We cannot guarantee items will work in all versions of software you may be using. We do our best to test products with the current versions of popular software and note in the product descriptions tested versions.
- LIMITATIONS
We give a not-exclusive + not-transferable license to use one copy of the product and notes. If you don't agree with the license, please contact us.
*** Prohibited use of designs ***
- TRADEMARK LOGOS
You are not allowed to use the images or items or 'resources' as any part of a trademark, logo or service mark.
- RIGHTS
You cannot use the images / symbols / resources to create your own rights to the original material or establish sole rights over the original resource material.
- SUBLICENSE TRANSFER
You cannot sublicense, transfer, assign any rights to the images or symbols (you can, if you wish, sell your single copy to another and remove all your copies of the software / resource).
- OFFENSIVE
Items are not to be used to create offensive works.
- BUNDLING
The items cannot be used as a bundle or given away on a CD / download (such as producing a CD of all the papers and then selling them as your product). Nor can you give 'exclusive' rights to the items (say if used as a logo and licensed to another party). They are not to be included on warez etc sites, they are not shareware or freeware or give-away-ware.
